After we define your social media goals and you purchase a plan, we begin posting content tailored in your voice.
When does the posting start and how does the billing work?
We begin posting to your account 1 week after you purchase a plan. You are billed monthly, beginning the day you register for the service.
How often do we need to communicate with you when you manage our social media?
Other than filling out the form, you can communicate with us as much or as little as you like. Our account managers oversee your social media profiles based on the feedback from the form.
What if I just want you to post content for me?
Many business owners and entrepreneurs do not have the time to research, distill and post valuable content on their social media pages. We offer only content creation and posting specific to your goals in our Presence package.
How do you post in my voice?
We capture your brand's personality by your responses to our form, and by studying the wordage on your website and online platforms. By reviewing your product or service offers, website, media mentions, blogs, videos and other related items, we develop a strong sense of your business' message.
